This single unit is decorated in a casual Mediterranean style. It is a one room studio and is located across the street and walking distance from Lambert Street Guesthouse. It is all newly remodeled and can be rented in addition to the Guesthouse or totally separately.
It has the basics for an extended stay, with a small studio style kitchen/bar area and an all new bath with shower. Although it is part of the home across from Lambert Street, it has it's own private entrance.
